• Fixed Pricing Model - This model is best suited for Small Projects or for Large Projects when the Scope, Schedules and Requirements of the Project are specifically defined and documented. Since Project Specifictions and Deliverables are clearly defined prior to project start, this model guarantees an on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Flexible Time & Material Model - The Client pays a fixed Hourly / Daily rate which is agreed upon at the time of contract signing. This model best works with Regular, Ongoing Maintenance and Support Services for short-term and long-term projects in multiple cycles and Infrastructure provides by the Client.
• Value Based - Specialized projects such as Application Design and Development, System Integration, Test Automation, Performance Testing, Security Testing. Requirements are cleared defined.
• Managed Services - Cyber Security Road Mapping and Support, Network Design and Implementation Service, Cloud Readiness Consultation, Setting up Testing Practices.

• Right shore Delivery Model - When the project is reasonably well-defined and the business logic straightforward, this delivery model entails that all Project Development from initial study to testing is done on OM Soft premises. We employ this model effectively for the highest cost-effectiveness and time-efficient to our clients.
• Onsite Delievery Model - It is sometimes preferred to have the initial consulting, coding, testing, deployment and support entirely executed within the client's premises. The onsite team of managers, consultants and programmers coordinate and execute their work seamlessly through the formation of an integrated team. This delivery model works well in reducing turnaround time, particularly in instances where the requirements are a little fluid and evolving. This model also provides for staff augmentation, where OM Soft Consultants are provided onsite for short-term and long-term engagements, to address backlogs or sudden surges in workload.
• Hybrid Model - This model a combination of both Right shore and Onsite teams. Typically, in this model, the onsite team handles client interaction, requirements gathering, project management and final implementation, while the larger right shore team's service offerings will include design, development and testing. The ratio of onsite-right shore effort is determined based on parameters of cost, domain complexity and the relative fluidity of requirements. The model allows for scalability and has enormous operational benefits.
